Responsibilities
- Analyse product costs and margin, and prepare costing reports
- Prepare budgets, projections, and variance analysis
- Identify and analyse trends in financial performance, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Create dashboards and present findings and insight to management
- Provide cost and financial information to support management’s decision making
- Assist in developing data warehouse for timely analysis
- Assist in month-end closing
- Handle ad hoc work as assigned by management
Requirements
- DSE / Form 5 or above
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in cost analysis
- Proficient in MS Excel and handling large amounts of data; knowledge of ERP, SQL, BI tools, or VBA is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Willing to learn and take on new challenges
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with relevant qualifications but less experience or fresh graduates will be considered as Assistant Financial Analyst
