The Role: We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Graphic Designer to join our design team and help us craft visually stunning websites and digital assets that tell powerful brand stories. You will play a key role in designing engaging and user-friendly web pages, emails and marketing literature.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Design and develop visually compelling web layouts, landing pages, and digital campaigns, ensuring all designs are optimised for all devices.
- Collaboration: working closely with stakeholders, senior team members and developers to ensure design is technically feasible and meets business objectives.
- Create graphics, icons, and visual assets optimised for the web and mobile.
- Data analysis: analysing research data to identify patterns, understand user behaviour and make informed, data-driven design decisions.
- User flow design: mapping out the steps a user takes to complete tasks within a website.
- Accessibility: ensuring that design meets accessibility standards so that products are usable by a wider audience.
- Wireframing & prototyping: creating visual layouts (wireframes) and interactive models (prototypes) of digital products to test and visualize concepts.
- Stay up to date with design trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging web technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Essential Skills/Qualifications: The ideal candidate will hold a degree in graphic design or another industry related field, with at least 5 years of experience working in a similar role and have a background within UX/UI design and have a strong portfolio showcasing web and digital design work, including:
- Proven experience as a Web or Graphic Designer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and/or Figma.
- Good understanding of responsive design and web usability principles.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be someone who is capable of clearly communicating design ideas and concepts, has the ability to work in a team and collaborate with others, possesses strong coding skills and a curious individual who’s eager to continuously learn.
Nice to have:
- Experience with SaaS or workflow-based products is a plus.
- Experience working within financial services, legaltech, or document management products.
- Knowledge of analytics tools and data-driven UX optimization.
- Proven experience with AI utilisation.
- Experience within videography.
