We handle all types of motor accident claims. We are seeking an experienced candidate with experience in accident management, credit hire, or personal injury claims to handle the initial stages of road traffic accident claims and provide comprehensive administrative support. Work involved As a First Notification of Loss Claims Handler, you’ll be an essential part of the early claims journey. Your role will involve: Managing new accident claims and guiding clients through the first steps of their claim Investigating accident circumstances to assess liability, damages, and potential fraud Clearly and confidently explaining our services and benefits to clients; being comfortable with negotiation or sales is a plus!
