In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining and enhancing our online presence — managing web content, uploading and optimising new products, and ensuring our ecommerce platforms are always performing at their best. You’ll work closely with the wider marketing and design team to deliver engaging, high-quality content that drives sales and reflects our brand’s reputation for quality and style.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and update product listings across multiple ecommerce platforms
- Create, edit, and maintain on-site content and imagery
- Upload new products, ensuring accuracy and consistency across categories
- Optimise product descriptions and metadata for SEO performance
- Support with website administration and content organisation
- Use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for product image editing and promotional graphics
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team on campaigns, email marketing, and promotions
- Highly competent computer user with a strong eye for detail
- Fast learner with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
- Creative thinker with strong written communication skills
- Comfortable managing large volumes of product data and content
- Experience in ecommerce platforms (e.g. Aero Commerce)
- SEO knowledge – understanding keywords, on-page optimisation, and metadata
- Email marketing experience – using tools such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo
- Google Analytics / GA4 or other digital analytics tools
- Excel / Google Sheets proficiency for managing data and pricing
- Copywriting and content creation experience
- Understanding of UX / UI best practices for ecommerce
- Experience working collaboratively with marketing or development teams
