Overview

Studio Assistant required to join Womenswear fashion brand at our studio in North Acton, London. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various aspects of a growing fashion brand. We\'re looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and can contribute to the smooth running of our studio operations.

Responsibilities

  • Order Fulfilment & Logistics: Carefully packing and preparing customer orders for shipment, ensuring they meet our quality standards and are dispatched efficiently.
  • Occasional Social Media Content Creation: Develop engaging video content for our TikTok channel, helping us connect with our audience and showcase our collections.
  • Studio Organisation & Management: Maintaining a tidy, organised, and efficient studio space, including managing inventory and ensuring all items are easily accessible.
  • Inventory & Stock Control: Assisting with accurate stock counting, monitoring inventory levels, and helping with stock replenishment to ensure we always have our best-sellers on hand.
  • General Business Administration: Providing essential administrative support, such as data entry, organising documents, and other tasks that contribute to the smooth running of the business.
  • Is London-based: You must currently reside in London and be able to commute to our North Acton studio.
  • Has good knowledge of womenswear
