The predicted salary is between 28800 - 36000 £ per year.
This new opening in our commercial / retail team presents an exciting opportunity for an Architect / Architectural Designer / Technologist with a minimum of 5 years industry experience and excellent problem-solving skills keen to both run their own projects and support other team members.
Expect to be an active member of the team supporting SRPs most important clients, and contributing to the development of SRP. You’ll be joining a friendly and collaborative practice, working on fast moving projects primarily at planning and delivery stages.
Key Requirements: You should be a pragmatic, versatile, attentive and organised professional with a CV that highlights:

You are an Architect / Architectural Designer / Technologist with a minimum of 5 years industry experience in the UK;

Experience of playing an active role in live projects and coordinating the work of different disciplines;

A comprehensive understanding of UK building regulations and compliance issues;

Experience in at least two sectors (preferably including commercial / retail);

First class communication skills (fluent English – written & spoken);

The ability to visualise, illustrate and present ideas clearly;

Good technical and practical problem-solving skills;

Willingness to learn and take on responsibility;

Excellent Revit, AutoCAD and Sketchup skills;

Experience in technical / delivery RIBA stages 3-6.
