Your Role
You’ll be working on a wide range of projects including housing, commercial, and industrial developments as an Eastwood CAD Technician. The role, based in Sheffield, will see you supporting Engineers in all disciplines within civil and structural engineering.
Ideally, we’re looking for CAD Technicians to hold relevant Level 3 to Level 6 qualifications such as ONC, HNC and HND alongside practical professional experience. You should be competent in using AutoCAD. As a CAD Technician, you should have good attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines alongside other Engineers and Technicians.
Civil engineering experience in preparing General Arrangements/Structural Layouts and Details in Steel, Concrete, Timber, and experience in RC Detailing for substructures, such as piled ground beams.
