Role Overview
Eastwood Park Ltd is seeking a Sales & Customer Services Administrator to work as part of our Sales team. You will work closely with Account Managers and the Head of Sales, Marketing and Business Development to ensure all administrative tasks are carried out in a timely manner and all client enquiries are dealt with professionally. You will follow the appropriate processes for provisional course places, low course numbers and onsite courses, which are the main focuses of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-task across different departments and enquiries.
- Think outside the box and offer solutions to peers and management.
- Work with many different software applications including CRM, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook.
Qualifications
Experience in a similar administrative role, excellent communication skills, a clear and confident telephone manner, exemplary organisational skills, strong team player yet able to work on own initiative with a ‘can do’ attitude.
Working Hours & Location
This role is for 37 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, based at our training centre in Falfield.
