We are looking for a Night Porter to have full responsibility for overseeing and directing all hotel operations and services during the night shift whilst ensuring an exceptional guest experience and guest safety. You will be welcoming, friendly and helpful to our guests, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring all their requirements are met during the evening.

The role will involve conducting Health and Safety checks, night walks and night audit duties, and maintaining a good status awareness of all areas of the site. You will also need to manage, record and promptly resolve issues or emergencies that may arise and be confident in managing a full fire evacuation throughout the evening and following the company procedure.

Previous operational experience as a Night Porter, ideally in a similar setting would be desirable, as would qualifications as a Fire Marshal and First Aider, or a willingness to attend the training. We are looking for someone to work 11 hour shifts, 3 nights a week on a 7 day week rota.
