We are looking for an enthusiastic Hotel Receptionist to join our small team.

Working as part of the Country House team, you be responsible for the day-to-day running of the front desk.

You will be the first point of contact for all visitors to Eastwood Park and will deal with enquiries from day visitors, residents, wedding parties and guests at social functions.

You will provide a warm and friendly service to ensure everyone experiences the highest standards.

You will have a strong interest in hospitality and thrive on delivering the most outstanding customer service. In addition, we are looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience working in an administration or checking-in function.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software and confident with other IT systems specific to this role (booking and payment systems etc.).
  • A warm, friendly, confident and approachable manner.
  • A smart appearance with high standards of personal presentation.

The role is for 37 hours per week over 5 days on a rota basis to include evenings and weekends.
