At Eastwood Park we are proud of the beautiful surroundings in which we work and want to make sure that lots of others get to enjoy this wonderful venue. We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to work as part of the Country House team, assisting with the day to day running of the F&B operation (including weddings and functions), achieving and maintaining a high standard of service and efficiency.
You will have a passion and love for food and thrive on delivering the most outstanding customer service. In addition, we are looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience working in a high quality restaurant/establishment at a similar level.
- Experience of supervising people and motivating a team.
- Effective communication skills dealing with both internal and external contacts.
Qualifications:
- You will ideally hold a Food Hygiene qualification and have health and safety experience.
Working hours:
This role would be for 37 hours per week, covering 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
