We're looking for a really great Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support with the day-to-day management and running of the Food and Beverage operation achieving and maintaining a high standard of service and efficiency. The role will involve carrying out Duty Manager shifts and performing the role of Master of Ceremonies at weddings so confidence is key.

You will have experience of working within a hotel/Food & Beverage establishment in a similar role and experience of managing people and motivating a team. We'd like to see a willingness to take ownership for the service you and your team offer, commitment to delivering a great guest experience through outstanding customer service and exceptional communication skills. A food safety qualification and health and safety experience are desirable.

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week over 5 out of 7 days, including weekends and bank holidays.
