We are looking for an enthusiastic part‑time Receptionist to join our small team.
About Eastwood Park
Eastwood Park is a delightful 19th Century country house, located within 200 acres of beautiful Gloucestershire countryside and provides a perfect setting for conferences, events, weddings. Established for over 50 years and with a growing international reputation, Eastwood Park is also a leading specialist training provider for healthcare engineering, estates and facilities management in the UK and abroad.
Responsibilities
- Working as part of the Country House team, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day running of the front desk.
- You will be the first point of contact for all visitors to Eastwood Park and will deal with enquiries from day visitors, residents, wedding parties and guests at social functions.
- You will provide a warm and friendly service to ensure everyone experiences the highest standards.
- The role is for 22.5 hours per week over 3 days on a rota basis to include evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in an administration or checking‑in function.
- Experience with Microsoft Office software and confident with other IT systems specific to this role (booking and payment systems etc.).
- A warm, friendly, confident and approachable manner.
- A smart appearance with high standards of personal presentation.
