We are looking for an experienced Reception Manager, to be responsible for the efficient operation of Reception/Front of House services, to include line management of the Reception team. You willwork hands on as part of the team on a daily basis ensuring a warm and friendly service to all visitors at Eastwood Park as well as providing excellent customer service to all guests and operating a busy switchboard. You will have previous experience working as an Assistant Reception Manager or Manager within the hospitality industry and be passionate about hospitality and the guest experience.
