We’re looking for an experienced Reception Manager to be responsible for the efficient operation of Reception/Front of House services, including line management of the Reception team. You will work hands-on as part of the team on a daily basis, ensuring a warm and friendly service to all visitors and guests, and operating a busy switchboard.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous experience as Assistant Reception Manager or Manager within the hospitality industry is essential.
- Passionate about hospitality and the guest experience, with an understanding of meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
- Proactive with a positive attitude and the ability to work on one’s own initiative.
- Exceptional communication skills to build strong internal relationships and rapport with guests.
- Experience with all Microsoft Office software and confidence with role-specific packages (including booking and payment systems).
- Welcoming and friendly nature with a smart appearance and high standards of personal presentation.
- Strong organisational skills and a systems-led approach.
The role is 37 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis to include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
