We are looking for a Breakfast Chef to work as part of the Country House kitchen team. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the breakfast service which will include food preparation, plated and buffet presentation and the efficient execution of all associated duties.
You will have previous experience working as a chef, producing quality food for a large number of guests, confidence in working with fresh ingredients and strong food preparation skills. In addition, we are looking for someone who has:
- An ability to work as part of a team but equally capable of working alone
- A willingness to take ownership for the service you offer and a commitment to delivering a great guest experience
- Strong communication skills
- Food Hygiene Level 2 qualification
This role is for 20 hours per week, covering 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis, on weekdays (6am - 10am) and weekends (7am - 11am). Following successful completion of your 3 month probationary period, you will receive a £750 joining bonus, subject to certain criteria.
