Working 3 days per week (Tuesday, Thursday and Friday). Permanent position starting September 2026. We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join the team at Eastwick Schools. This role provides support on routine administrative activities to enable the school to function efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the efficient running of reception
  • Managing telephone and face-to-face enquiries
  • Ensuring the school's security procedures for visitors are properly followed
  • Providing a courteous welcome and promoting a positive and professional image of the school

What We’re Looking For:

  • Good numeracy and literacy skills (e.g., GCSE English and Maths or equivalent)
  • Enthusiasm, good listening skills, and an ability to follow instructions
  • Proficiency in IT skills and understanding of Health & Safety regulations

Training will be provided, so prior experience is not essential; however, an interest in 'Bringing out the Best' in every student/pupil in their learning outcomes is desired.
