Documentation & Procedures with Partners, Agencies, and Clients: Ensure all documentation and procedures between the Developer and clients/partners are fully completed in compliance with internal processes and local regulations.

Payment Collection & Debt Monitoring: Monitor and follow up on client payments, ensuring timely debt collection. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve outstanding debts or bad debts (if any). Collaborate with banks during the disbursement process in case clients use mortgage financing. Proactively engage with clients during the contract signing and payment phases to clarify terms, schedules, and address inquiries. Provide clients with updated project information upon request. Receive and handle customer feedback and complaints to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Contribute feedback to enhance the Customer Service process and improve overall client experience.

Property Handover & Legal Documentation: Coordinate with the property management team during the property handover phase when construction is completed. Manage title certificate applications (e.g., Land Use Rights, Apartment Ownership) in accordance with the regulations and practices of each project/country.

Training & Self-Development: Actively participate in corporate training programs (if any). Continuously improve professional knowledge and skills through learning from leaders, colleagues, and self-research.

Other Tasks & Reporting: Perform additional duties and submit reports as assigned by direct supervisors, aligned with the role’s responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Real estate, investment, Economics, business management, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in real estate customer services, enhancing customer experience, behaviour analysis, and building effective customer experience journeys.
  • Priority candidates have experience in handling complaints/crises with foreign customers.
  • Solid understanding of the main fields that the company invests in, such as real estate, building operation service, resort, and hotel operation.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate, host country legal/regulations, particularly those related to planning and implementing customer service programs to enhance customer experience.
  • Proven ability to manage legal project procedures and project planning, construction supervision.
