Do you have the legal experience to help our charities’ Boards with sound decision-making? If you also have the strategic skills to support our CEO & senior leadership team, then you could be a Legal Trustee at Aston-Mansfield or Aston-Mansfield Charitable Trust!

This is an exciting opportunity to bring your knowledge of property and/or charity law to support a charity in a values-led role. As well as collaborating on governance discussions, you’ll also act as an ambassador for our organisation and our mission. So, if you have the legal know-how to identify risks and guide our Board, we’d love to hear from you.

Aston-Mansfield is a community charity with a proud legacy of over 140 years serving the people of Newham. The Aston-Mansfield Charitable Trust is its sister charity. We use a community-focused approach, fostering opportunity, and inspiration for children, families, and young people in Newham and East London.

We do this by:

  • partnering with other organisations to create seamless pathways of support
  • addressing racial injustice and inequality through all of our work
  • creating trusting relationships with children and young people
