As County Treasurer, you’ll provide strategic financial leadership to guide our charity. We’ll welcome your financial knowledge to our Board, where you’ll play an important role.

At Greater Manchester East Scouts County, we believe all young people have the right to an adventure. This could be a Beaver Scout spending their first night away from home or an Explorer Scout going on their first international expedition.
We change lives by offering 6-to 25-year-olds fun and challenging activities through unique experiences. Scouting in Greater Manchester East helps children and young adults reach their full potential.

We need a County Treasurer who can provide accurate financial reporting to guide our decision-making. This role is for someone who can help ensure that the charity complies with government requirements.
We are particularly looking for:
- a commitment to the best interests of the charity
- financial and risk management experience
- strategic thinking and sound judgement
