The Chestnut Horse is a freehold independent business just a ten minute drive from Winchester, set in the heart of the beautiful Itchen Valley.
Last year our pub has undergone a full refurbishment and rebrand including a brand new kitchen and a fresh approach.
Home smoked trout caught just one mile away, exciting deli offering and a relaxed dining experience and with our 7 log burners and our 40 cover courtyard we offer a relaxing experience for every season.

We are looking for a real 'people person' with high levels of emotional intelligence to join us who can ensure our guests leave with happy memories and big smiles on their faces.
You will be joining a fabulous business where you will have huge scope to make a real impact.
This is a hands on role you will need to be a natural at developing a team of great people around you.

This is a full time role, working across 5 days per week, with two consecutive days off per week and 28 days holiday entitlement.
