In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the next generation of engineers, technicians, and sales professionals. You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programmes, working closely with internal teams, dealers, and customers, while staying up to date with the latest technological advancements. Role Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and update training courses and materials to ensure they reflect current products, technologies, and industry standards
- Deliver engaging and effective technical training sessions, both face-to-face and virtually, while maintaining a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Monitor and assess delegate progress, providing constructive feedback and supporting their wellbeing
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers and dealers, to ensure accurate training and strong working relationships
- Keep up-to-date on machinery and technical advancements, and take part in ongoing professional development
Skills you will need:
Essential:
- Proven experience in agricultural or related engineering, with a Level 3 qualification or above
- Strong technical knowledge of hydraulics, electronics, and engineering systems
- Good understanding of health and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to a range of audiences
- Organised, adaptable, and able to manage workload effectively
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently
- Professional, methodical, and detail-oriented approach
- Enthusiastic about learning, developing others, and delivering engaging training
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications
Desirable:
- Experience in delivering training
- An understanding of the agricultural sector
Remuneration: A competitive salary, performance-related bonus, and a comprehensive relocation package (if required), commensurate with the successful candidate's level of experience.
