Role Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and update training courses and materials to ensure they reflect current products, technologies, and industry standards.
- Deliver engaging and effective technical training sessions, both face-to-face and virtually, while maintaining a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Monitor and assess delegate progress, providing constructive feedback and supporting their wellbeing.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers and dealers, to ensure accurate training and strong working relationships.
- Keep up-to-date on machinery and technical advancements, and take part in ongoing professional development.
Skills you will need:
Essential:
- Proven experience in agricultural or related engineering, with a Level 3 qualification or above.
- Strong technical knowledge of hydraulics, electronics, and engineering systems.
- Good understanding of health and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to a range of audiences.
- Organised, adaptable, and able to manage workload effectively.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
- Professional, methodical, and detail-oriented approach.
- Enthusiastic about learning, developing others, and delivering engaging training.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
