Job Description

Easton Bevins are offering an excellent opportunity for a graduate building surveyor to join an expanding company in our Manchester office, that offers first class training and the chance to progress.
The successful candidate can expect practical experience through a wide range of building surveying services in both the domestic and commercial sectors.
This position will suit candidates with an RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying (Postgraduate or Undergraduate). Six months industry experience is preferred but not essential.
Main responsibilities include:Assisting with and undertaking a variety of surveys (Measured, Major Defects, Full Building etc.)Defect diagnosisPreparing and submitting applications to Local AuthoritiesDrafting professional reportsProducing AutoCAD drawings On-site Contract Administration worksAssisting with instructions under the Party Wall etc. ActDilapidations

We value our employees highly and we want you to feel valued. You will receive a basic salary of £26,000 (DOE) plus a discretionary bonus and enrolment onto our company pension scheme. We have an exceptional APC pass rate and you will receive tailored APC support from our experienced team to help you maximise your potential. The position is full time (37.5 hours per week) and you will receive an initial 22 days of holiday per year, plus bank holidays. We have one position based in our Manchester Office, located in Altrincham.
