As a Product Marketing Manager at Eastnets, you will be responsible for driving go-to-market success across our solutions. You will own product positioning, messaging, and launch strategy to ensure our value is clearly communicated to customers, analysts, and internal teams. Your work will bridge product, sales, and marketing—equipping teams with insights, content, and tools to help drive awareness, adoption, and growth.
This is a strategic role ideal for a marketer with fintech or regtech experience who can translate technical solutions into compelling narratives, backed by market intelligence and customer understanding.
Responsibilities & Duties
Go-to-Market & Positioning
Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies across Eastnets’ solutions.
Define clear product messaging and positioning that differentiates us in the market.
Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
Sales & Enablement
4. Create compelling marketing and sales enablement content (e.g., brochures, pitch decks, battlecards).
5. Support sales teams with training, tools, and messaging aligned to customer pain points.
6. Collaborate with product, sales, and demand gen teams to align messaging across touchpoints.
Market Research & Intelligence
7. Conduct competitive analysis and gather customer feedback to refine positioning and strategy.
8. Stay updated on market trends, regulatory shifts, and buyer behavior in fintech/regtech.
9. Translate market insights into actionable recommendations for product and marketing teams.
Content & Brand Visibility
10. Support the development of thought leadership, blogs, whitepapers, and event content.
11. Represent Eastnets at events, webinars, and analyst briefings.
12. Ensure consistency of brand tone and message across product communications.
Reporting & Feedback
13. Track KPIs to measure product marketing performance and campaign effectiveness.
14. Provide regular feedback to product and leadership teams on customer needs and market evolution.
Security & Compliance
15. Maintain the security of the information, devices, and systems that Eastnets and its personnel, customers, and partners use.
16. Protect business and customer data by safeguarding confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
17. Adhere to internal policies including the Code of Ethics, Non-Disclosure, and Security policies.
18. Participate in company-wide initiatives.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within fintech, regtech, or B2B SaaS.
Proven success in market research, positioning, and campaign execution.
Strong grasp of AI/ML concepts and their application in financial products is a plus.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong writing and content development ability in English.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience working with cross-functional product, engineering, and sales teams.
Passionate about technology, compliance, and financial innovation.
Based in or willing to relocate to London, United Kingdom.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application is a strong plus
