We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented industrial Cleaner to work on behalf of our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the yard and roadways areas, ensuring that all areas are tidy and safe. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Based in Carlton In Lindrick, near Worksop.
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping the yard area and disposing of loose packaging.
- Use appropriate equipment safely and effectively.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the maintenance of outdoor areas as required, including litter picking and basic landscaping tasks.
- Operate sweeping vehicle to keep dust in the yard to a minimum.
- Operate FLT/Jet wash.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred.
- You must have a full driving licence (to drive the sweeping vehicle).
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Counterbalance FLT Licence preferred (to operate the jet wash, etc).
- Good communication skills.
- A proactive attitude towards work with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the business needs.
What’s in it for you:

- Working Monday - Friday, days and afternoons (6am- 2.30pm / 12pm - 8.30pm). These hours may change during the winter months.
