We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sales Administrator. In this role, you will support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication with clients, and helping to drive revenue growth. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will empower the sales processes, creating a positive experience for both customers and colleagues. Based in Long Eaton.
Duties
- Assist the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts promptly and accurately.
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, client information, and order statuses in our CRM system.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure timely communication with clients and internal teams.
- Support order processing by verifying details, tracking deliveries, and resolving any discrepancies efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met seamlessly from initial contact through post-sale support.
- Contribute to creating a positive customer experience by providing excellent service and proactive communication.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in customer service or sales support roles with a passion for helping clients succeed.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
