Role Description

We are looking for a Family Solicitor to provide expert advice and representation to clients on a range of family law matters, including:

– Divorce and civil partnership dissolution

– Child custody and contact disputes

– Financial settlements

– Prenuptial and postnuptial agreements

– Cohabitation disputes

– Domestic violence and harassment

Responsibilities:

– Conduct client consultations and provide expert advice on family law matters

– Prepare and negotiate settlements, agreements, and court documents

– Represent clients in court and at mediation

– Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to achieve client objectives

– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other professionals

– Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives

Requirements:

– Solicitor qualification (or equivalent)

– Minimum 2 years' experience in family law
