Eastlight has two exciting Permanent opportunities for an Income Manager aiming to enhance the well-being of our residents!

As an Income Manager you will be responsible for maximising income within Eastlight, through the effective recovery of all housing related debt while working in accordance with policies & procedures. You will provide a firm but fair approach to income collection.

Applicants are required to hold a UK driving licence, have access to a vehicle, and be open to regional travel.

What You'll Do:

  • Maximise income within Eastlight through the effective recovery of all housing related rent, service charges and any other debt for a patch including Tenants and Shared Owners.
  • Work in accordance with court protocols and attend court and attend other related procedures such as eviction.
  • Deliver basic advice on welfare benefits.
  • Provide excellent customer services via telephone and face to face.
  • Maintain good working relationships with both internal and external key partners and collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to promote financial inclusion.
  • Develop effective liaison arrangements with a wide range of statutory and voluntary agencies.

  • £38,333 annual base salary + £2,200 p/a car allowance
  • Full-time, Permanent
  • Group stakeholder pension plan (Eastlight will double, up to 5% of the employee’s contribution - Employee 5% + Eastlight 10% = Total 15%)

  • Annual wellbeing grant of £200 per annum – Subject to eligibility
