A placement that fits around you: This flexible programme gives you the chance to spend time with teams across Eastlight, gaining practical experience and seeing how homes are built, maintained and managed.

Grow your skills and confidence: You’ll receive hands-on learning, a dedicated mentor and access to short courses and e-learning. Participants aged 18 and over can also complete a fully funded entry level Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) qualification. Travel and food costs are covered.
