We have an exciting new opportunity for a Neighbourhood Support professional to join our busy and rewarding Neighbourhood Team! This position is on a full-time, fixed-term contract/secondment basis, for up to 9 months.
In this varied role, you’ll provide essential support to residents and colleagues, helping us deliver excellent housing services across our communities. You’ll be involved in a wide range of tasks, including:
- Setting up and ending tenancies
- Managing mutual exchanges and lettings
- Supporting garage applications
- Maintaining accurate records
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Preparing documents
- Liaising with colleagues, contractors, and external agencies
- Supporting processes related to Aids and Adaptations, income management, planned maintenance, invoice processing, and performance reporting
We’re seeking applicants with proven administrative experience and sound IT knowledge, who can stay organised and focused in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be confident engaging with residents and partners, able to manage competing priorities, and committed to delivering high-quality customer service. Familiarity with housing services or safeguarding would be beneficial, but full training will be provided.

To demonstrate our commitment to you, we have developed a sector leading total rewards package:
- £29,492 per annum
- Full-time (37 hours per week), Fixed-Term Contract for up to 9 months
- Group stakeholder pension plan (Eastlight will double, up to 5% of the employee’s contribution - Employee 5% + Eastlight 10% = Total 15%)
- 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Annual wellbeing grant of £200 per annum – Subject to eligibility
- Trailblazing family leave (Maternity, Paternity and Adoption – 12 weeks full pay/6 weeks half pay) – Subject to eligibility
