We’re looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Talent Business Partner to join us on a permanent, full-time basis to shape and deliver an exceptional recruitment experience across our organisation.

In this role, you will design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies that attract high-calibre candidates aligned with our values, broaden our talent pools, and strengthen diversity. You’ll lead a responsive, cost-effective recruitment service that evolves with the needs of the business. You’ll play a key role in enhancing the recruitment capabilities of our Executive, Leadership, and People teams empowering them to recruit confidently, compliantly, and in line with our People and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion strategies.

From attraction through to onboarding and early retention, you will provide expert guidance to ensure a seamless, positive candidate journey that supports our ambition to be an employer of choice within the industry.   • £56,520 per annum
  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Basis: Full time
  • Annual wellbeing grant of £200 per annum - Subject to eligibility
  • 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Trailblazing family leave [Maternity, Paternity and Adoption - 12 weeks full pay / 6 weeks half pay] - Subject to eligibility
  • BUPA healthcare cash plan, life assurance.
  • Formal qualifications and paid professional membership
