We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join the Eastlight Procurement team at an exciting time of growth and transformation on a permanent, full-time basis!
This is a high impact role where your expertise will directly support the delivery of essential public services, ensuring every pound spent delivers real value for communities. You will lead meaningful, compliant procurement activity across works, goods and services, shaping commercial solutions that support service excellence, sustainability and long term organisational priorities.
In this role, you will take ownership of end to end procurement projects, from tender design through to contract award and negotiation, working closely with colleagues and suppliers to achieve the best outcomes. You’ll play a key part in strengthening governance, championing best practice and driving continuous improvement across procurement and contract management.

To be successful in this role, you will need proven public procurement experience, a sound understanding of legislative and regulatory frameworks, excellent stakeholder engagement skills and strong knowledge of e‑procurement systems. An MCIPS Level 5 Qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
To demonstrate our commitment to you, we have developed a sector leading total rewards package:
- £56,520 per annum
- Permanent Contract, Full-time (37 hours per week)
- Group stakeholder pension plan (Eastlight will double, up to 5% of the employee’s contribution - Employee 5% + Eastlight 10% = Total 15%)
- 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Annual wellbeing grant of £200 per annum – Subject to eligibility
- Trailblazing family leave (Maternity, Paternity and Adoption – 12 weeks full pay/6 weeks half pay) – Subject to eligibility
