The Role
We are seeking a Senior Neighbourhood Lead to join our Neighbourhoods Team on a full-time, permanent basis!
In this role, you’ll lead the delivery of housing, tenancy and estate management services within a designated neighbourhood, acting as a key point of contact for residents and managing a team of Neighbourhood Leads. You’ll oversee a wide range of activities including lettings, tenancy management, rent arrears, estate and block inspections, safeguarding, anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches, while supporting residents with welfare needs and promoting independence.
Working closely with residents, internal teams, contractors and partner agencies, you’ll help resolve complex cases, maintain safe and well-managed neighbourhoods and deliver local improvements. You’ll also champion resident engagement, monitor service standards and performance, and ensure your team delivers a high-quality, responsive and resident-focused service.
To be successful, you’ll have strong experience in housing or tenancy management, with the ability to manage complex cases, lead and develop a team, and deliver excellent customer service. Previous experience with people management is essential. You’ll be confident working with residents and partner agencies, with strong communication, decision-making and organisational skills, alongside a good understanding of housing management, safeguarding and health and safety.
Please note you will need a valid and clean UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle to be successful in this role.
