The Role

If so, we have an opportunity for you to join our frontline Customer Service team as an advisor on a permanent, full-time basis.
You will be the backbone of our business who will provide exceptional support to all our customers whilst responding to a wide range of queries.
In this role, you will promote Eastlight’s online services and support our customers with any queries via our phone lines, face-to-face reception interactions and email communications. You will achieve this by keeping customers informed of timescales, developments and updates relating to their accounts, while requesting feedback upon resolution to help ensure the highest quality of service. You will also develop and maintain positive professional relationships with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders, delivering an excellent customer experience across all communication channels.
The successful candidate will undertake administrative tasks relating to our customers’ queries, by utilising Excellent attention to detail and ability to problem solve effectively. We are looking for a high standard of verbal and written communication skills, ensuring all interactions are clear and concise. Excellent IT skills including knowledge of MS Office Suite are vital for this role.
Benefits and Compensation
To demonstrate our commitment to you, we have developed a sector leading total rewards package:
- £31,525 per annum
- Permanent, full-time, 37 hours per week
- Group stakeholder pension plan (Eastlight will double, up to 5% of the employee’s contribution - Employee 5% + Eastlight 10% = Total 15%)
- 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Annual wellbeing grant of £200 per annum - Subject to eligibility
- Trailblazing family leave (Maternity, Paternity and Adoption - 12 weeks full pay/6 weeks half pay) - Subject to eligibility
