Eastley Estates is opening one seat for a Sales Executive to take ownership of a high‑quality investor pipeline.
We are a UK‑based property investment company that helps clients build hands‑off portfolios, primarily in South Wales. Demand is increasing, leads are warm, and the infrastructure is in place. We need the right closer to step in and convert.
This is not a cold‑calling role. You will be speaking with investors who have already expressed interest. Your role is to guide, advise, and convert them into committed clients.

Role Overview
Sales Executive (Closer) – Remote.
£12.71 hr + Uncapped Commission

What You’ll Be Doing
Running investor calls (phone & video) from a warm pipeline
Qualifying financial position and readiness
Presenting our model with clarity and confidence
Handling objections and guiding decisions
Closing and converting into signed clients
Managing your pipeline with discipline and consistency
Working closely with the team through onboarding
Who This Is For
3+ years in sales or consultative closing roles
A consistent track record of hitting targets
Comfortable in performance‑based environments
Confident speaking with financially capable clients
Able to operate independently in a remote setup
Interest or experience in property/investment is an advantage
Compensation
Base: £12.71 hr + Uncapped, paid per conversion
Tiered structure:
1–10 deals: £120 per deal
11–15 deals: £170 per deal
16–20 deals: £250 per deal
21–25 deals: £300 per deal
Earnings potential:
£40 K+ at 10 deals/month
£50 K+ at 15 deals/month
£65 K+ at 20 deals/month
£80 K+ at 25 deals/month
Top performers consistently operate in the 15+ deal range, where earnings accelerate significantly.
