Eastleigh Pirates RFC is a Rugby Union club located in Eastleigh, near Southampton, Hampshire, and is accredited by England Rugby. Competing for promotion in Hampshire Counties 1, the club boasts three Men's teams, one Women's team, and a thriving Junior and Mini Section. This is a part-time, on-site role for a Head Coach - Rugby Union at Eastleigh Pirates RFC, located in the Greater Southampton Area. The Head Coach will be responsible for planning and leading training sessions, developing game strategies, mentoring players, and fostering team spirit and discipline. The role requires coordination with assistant coaches, managing match-day preparations, and ensuring the physical and mental well-being of players.
Qualifications:
