You will undertake general and routine maintenance of buildings, fixtures, fittings and grounds, and complete timely compliance checks.
No extensive experience required; an aptitude to learn, can-do attitude, and practical skills in decorating, plumbing, electrical work, PAT testing, and health and safety awareness are valued.
