Welford Healthcare’s Raleigh Mead Nursing Home in South Molton, EX36 4BT, is seeking an Activities Coordinator to join our care team. You will plan and deliver activities and events designed to promote social interaction and independence for residents.
You will assess each resident’s needs, design group and one-to-one activities, and liaise with staff to support social care. The role includes co-ordinating celebrations, transport to external activities, and documenting resident engagement.
