An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Manager to join our existing One Horton Heath development team.
Key responsibilities:- Input to procurement processes
- Prepare and implement a Programme setting out the critical path for each design process
- Use technical expertise and experience to ensure designs are compliant with legislation and other standards
- Proactively work with consultants and team members to ensure all consents and approvals are in place
- Lead design processes
You will have excellent technical and construction knowledge. You will be able to prepare, interpret and implement a critical-path programme for a complex design process. Housing experience is essential. You will also have a track record of delivering large scale construction projects and the natural ability to coordinate and focus multi-disciplinary teams. You will be able to lead and motivate others and have proven experience in being a strong and effective communicator and achieving results.
