Eastleigh Borough Council is seeking a Marketing, Sales & Programming Manager to lead marketing, ticket and event sales, audience development and customer insight across The Point and The Berry Theatre.
You will create a joined-up approach to campaigns, sales, programming and income growth, work closely with venue teams and external partners, and use data and creativity to grow audiences and ensure a sustainable programme of events and hires.
