As a Retail / Concessions Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a designated retail kiosk or small operational area during matchdays and events, ensuring excellent guest service, food quality and operational standards are consistently delivered.
Working closely with the Section Manager and Culinary teams, you will provide hands‑on support to Kiosk Operators, ensuring your team is organised, motivated and prepared to deliver a safe, efficient and enjoyable fan experience.
This is a hands‑on operational role where you'll lead by example, support your team throughout service and help maintain the highest standards of food safety, compliance and customer service.
