As People Operations Specialist you are a key member of the people team focusing on staffing and employee relations whilst supporting with recruitment, and learning and development. This role works closely with operational teams—General Admission / Retail, Premium / Hospitality, Logistics and Culinary—to understand event resourcing needs and ensure labour is effectively planned and delivered in line with productivity and budget targets. This role is the first point of contact for a large casual workforce to resolve any queries, provide support where necessary and ensure they have a great experience whilst working with us.
