eastlandsvsl is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering high‑end culinary experiences for conferences, events, private dining and premium hospitality.
You will help plan, prepare and present bespoke menus, coordinate tasting sessions and work with event teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences. In the Head Chef's absence you will lead the kitchen and uphold standards across all service.
