This role is a key addition to the Talent Acquisition team, supporting the delivery of high-volume and operational recruitment across the Etihad Campus. In this role you will be working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, taking ownership of day-to-day recruitment activity, with a strong focus on casual and large-scale hiring, while also supporting permanent recruitment and wider people initiatives.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume environments and is looking to step into a broader, more impactful position within Talent Acquisition. You will act as a key point of contact for hiring managers and play a critical role in ensuring we attract, assess, and onboard the right people to support a growing and evolving operation.
This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting a period of high recruitment activity and operational growth across the Etihad Campus.
