The role also supports F&B marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, menu launches and venue-wide initiatives by creating engaging visual storytelling content that drives engagement, footfall and spend across all outlets. Where appropriate, this will include capturing or curating photography and supporting creative content formats to bring campaigns and experiences to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain all menu layouts, price boards, labelling, and allergen information for concessions, bars, lounges, and premium areas.
  • Create visual assets for digital screens, static signage, and event-day displays, ensuring clarity and brand consistency across all public and hospitality areas.
  • Produce wayfinding and in-venue communications that enhance the guest experience throughout GA and premium areas.
  • Manage print and production processes for menus, signage, and collateral, liaising with suppliers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
  • Support creative development for F&B marketing campaigns including seasonal promotions, partner activations, new menu launches, and experiential concepts.
  • Capture and curate high-quality photography of food, drink, outlets, and experiences for campaign and brand use.

Brand & Marketing Support

  • Apply and maintain the EVS and Co-op Live brand identities across all Arena F&B and guest-facing materials.
  • Design brochures, proposals, and marketing assets for the Co-op Live Events, Conferences & Exhibitions (C&E), and premium hospitality sales.
  • Partner with the Coop Live marketing, digital, and F&B teams to deliver multi-channel campaigns (web, social, email, in-venue).
  • Create visual storytelling assets that bring F&B concepts to life and enhance fan engagement.
  • Collaborate with culinary and F&B operational teams to produce promotional assets for new initiatives, menus, retail experiences, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across signage, menus, POS, and campaign materials.

Digital & Visual Communication

  • Deliver creative F&B content for digital signage across Co-op Live, and menu management systems, ensuring information is accurate and visually aligned.
  • Designs optimized for multiple formats and screen sizes within the venue.
  • Update and adapt assets in line with event schedules, seasonal menus, and partner requirements.
  • Support SEO, engagement and conversion by ensuring digital visuals align with marketing objectives.

Workflow & Project Management

  • Manage multiple design and marketing projects simultaneously often within tight event-based deadlines.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g. Operations Managers, Executive Chef, Commercial Sales) and external partners (printers, agencies) to ensure efficient production.
  • Maintain a structured asset library and clear version control of all design materials for audit and reuse.
  • Keep up to date with hospitality and event design trends, bringing fresh ideas to enhance guest communication and brand impact.
  • Contribute to long-term planning of the annual F&B Marketing programme.
