As a Bartender, you’ll deliver great drinks and friendly, efficient service in a fast‑paced hospitality environment. You’ll work behind the bar preparing and serving beverages while creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every guest. You will be responsible for:
- Bar Service
- Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard, including cocktails, spirits, beer, and soft drinks
- Deliver friendly, professional service to all guests
- Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during busy service periods
- Standards & Presentation
- Keep the bar clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout service
- Follow brand and venue standards for drink quality and presentation
- Ensure correct bar setup and close‑down procedures
- Health, Safety & Compliance
- Follow licensing laws and responsible alcohol service standards
- Maintain hygiene, health & safety standards at all times
- Use equipment safely and correctly
- Team Support
- Work closely with the bar and floor teams to ensure smooth service
- Support senior bartenders and supervisors as required
- Be flexible and supportive during event and high‑volume shifts
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Essential
- Previous experience as a Bartender or Bar Team Member
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Positive attitude and team‑focused approach
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event days
