As Assistant People Operations Manager, you will play a key role in delivering and continuously improving people operations at Co-op Live, with a particular focus on workforce planning, employee relations, and casual workforce experience. Reporting into the People Operations Manager, this role aligns with the wider Etihad Campus structure and works closely with the central People Team to ensure a consistent and joined‑up approach across the business.
You will partner with operational stakeholders across Premium / Hospitality, General Admission / Retail, Logistics and Culinary as well as the Senior Leadership Team to ensure labour is effectively planned, optimised and delivered in line with business needs, productivity targets and budgets. This role also acts as a key escalation point for the casual workforce at Co-op Live, ensuring a high‑quality employee experience while identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working across People Operations.
