The hotel offers two modern restaurants and a bar, luxurious bedrooms, and advanced facilities for meetings and events. We are seeking a Receptionist for a Maternity Cover contract at Easthampstead Park Hotel in Wokingham. As a Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests, managing phone inquiries, bookings, and check-ins/check-outs efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Maintaining the front desk area
- Assisting with administrative tasks

This is an on-site position requiring excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on hospitality. 40 hours per week, (5 shifts) Shift hours: 2:30pm-10:30pm or occasionally 7am-3pm. Salary: Up to £26,436 per annum.
