Overview
Easthall Park is looking to appoint a Head of Maintenance who will be a member of the senior management team and lead the maintenance team to deliver excellent performance, be compliant, and improve our tenants’ homes.
Easthall Park Housing Association is a community based housing association and registered charity situated in the Easterhouse area of Glasgow.
We own properties and provide a factoring management service to 55 owner-occupiers.
We have recently completed a strategic review of our business and our new Business Plan sets out a clear vision to make “Easthall Park a Great Place to Live”, which will guide and direct our work and services.
It is an exciting time to join Easthall Park and be part of our journey to further improve our maintenance service and lead the maintenance and in-house trade team and our suite of contractors to excel and exceed the expectations of our tenants in the maintenance and improvement of their homes.
We have plans to develop our in-house trade team to attend to cyclical and planned major repair works to achieve best value for money in the delivery of our new Investment Plan.
We are looking for a leader who has a track record of experience and success in the delivery of the maintenance service and asset management; is passionate about customer service; and has a vision and is dynamic to drive forward and implement plans to improve our maintenance service.

Responsibilities
- Lead the maintenance and in-house trade team and coordinate with contractors to deliver maintenance and improvement works to tenants’ homes.
- Develop and implement plans to improve maintenance services and deliver value for money in line with the Investment Plan.
- Ensure compliance, service performance, and continuous improvement as a member of the senior management team.
